ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION
Account & Subscriptions
What do I need to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save your login details, and use a unique password for VPNGK rather than reusing one from another site. Once you’re in the user panel, check your plan, orders and subscription status. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps; your panel shows whether your account can access a subscription and client downloads. If you can’t log in, check your username, input method and password capitalization. Never include your full password in a support ticket.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I import it into a client?
Sign in to the user panel and confirm that your plan is active. Find your current subscription under Subscriptions or Account Overview. Go to the client downloads section and get the version for your platform, then import the link through the client’s subscription manager or the import option provided in the panel. Once imported, you should see a list of routes by region. Select a route and connect to start using the service. Don’t post your subscription link in forums or submit it to untrusted conversion tools.
The route list hasn’t changed. How do I update my subscription link?
Find your current subscription in the client, run an update and check the result. Refreshing route latency alone won’t update the subscription. If the update fails, make sure your local connection is working, then sign in to the panel and check your plan status and current subscription link. If the panel offers a subscription reset and you’ve used it, replace the old link with the new one. Repeatedly updating the old configuration won’t replace it. Import the new link, check the route list and remove any outdated configurations you no longer use to avoid selecting one by mistake.
Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices?
VPNGK allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time, so you don’t need a different plan just because you’ve switched devices. Sign in to your existing account on the new device, download the client for your platform and import your active subscription. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean each device gets a separate data allowance; check your plan’s data balance and status in your account. Remove saved subscription configurations from any old devices you no longer use.
What should I do if my subscription link has been shared?
Treat your subscription link like an account credential: anyone with the link may be able to access its configuration and use your account resources. If you think it has been exposed, sign in to the panel and check whether Subscription Management offers a reset option. If it does, reset the link and replace it on your trusted devices. If there’s no reset option or you can’t confirm the outcome, open a support ticket and explain that your subscription may have been exposed. Hide the full link and any sensitive password or payment details in ticket attachments. If your account password was exposed too, change it as well.
CONNECTION CHECK
Connections & Troubleshooting
The client says it’s connected, but websites still won’t load. What should I do?
Disconnect first and check whether your local network can reach commonly used websites. If your basic connection isn’t working, troubleshoot that before anything else. Once it’s working, reconnect and check that you’ve selected a route from an active subscription and enabled the system proxy or network interception. Try different websites to distinguish a single-service issue from a broader connection problem, then compare another regional route. A connected indicator only means the client is enabled; check whether requests to the site actually succeed.
Why does my browser work through the proxy, but a particular app doesn’t?
Apps may handle network traffic differently. Some don’t use the system proxy, or a routing rule may send their traffic directly. Check the client’s app-routing, exclusion-list and network-interception settings, then review the rule applied to the app’s requests. If the client offers a network-interception mode for your platform, follow its instructions and grant the required system permissions. Change one setting at a time, then reopen the app to test it. That makes it easier to identify the cause than changing both the route and rules at once.
I denied a system permission prompt. How can I reconnect?
The client may need system permission for a network extension, VPN configuration or network interception. Requirements vary by platform and client. Read the prompt and verify the app’s source, then find the relevant network or permissions settings on your device. Grant permission and return to the client to reconnect. If the system asks you to restart the app, save your configuration first. Don’t disable your overall security protections just to dismiss a prompt. If you still can’t connect, note the exact prompt and steps you took, then submit them in a support ticket so the issue can be identified as a permissions or configuration problem.
My connection dropped after switching networks from Wi-Fi. How can I troubleshoot it?
Switching networks changes your local connection, so your existing session may need to reconnect. Pause the client, make sure you’ve signed in to or joined the new network, then reconnect to the same route. If that doesn’t work, try another route and check whether another network tool is also managing the connection. The app may retain an old session; close and reopen it to check. In your support ticket, say whether the issue started before or after the network switch and whether reconnecting helped. You don’t need to include your full subscription link.
What information should I include in a connection support ticket?
Include your device platform, client name, regional route, what you were doing when the issue occurred, the exact error message and the steps you’ve already tried. Say whether all websites fail or only one app, and whether your local network works when the client is disconnected. Before attaching screenshots or logs, hide your subscription link, account password, access tokens and other sensitive information. Submit the ticket through the user panel. For the same issue, add updates to your existing ticket so the troubleshooting history stays together.
LINE SELECTION
Speed & Routes
Videos buffer during peak hours. Should I switch routes or change settings first?
Keep your current settings and pause large downloads or transfers, then compare another route in the same region. If all routes in that region are affected, try a different region, keeping the target service’s account-region requirements and usage rules in mind. Use the same app and content under similar conditions to see whether switching routes makes a difference. Check your local Wi-Fi signal and bandwidth use by other devices, too. Peak-time performance depends on your local network, route and the target service, so a region name alone can’t tell you what to expect.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
Route types describe the connection path; they don’t guarantee a particular speed for every app. Use IEPL, relay and direct routes as filters, then compare how they perform on your current network. Start with a region permitted by the target service, then try different route types in that region. Check whether pages load, streams keep playing and longer requests complete successfully. Save routes that work well and keep a backup option. For current route details, refer to the panel and your active subscription rather than an old screenshot.
How do I choose a route for everyday use from the available regions?
VPNGK covers 110+ countries and 160+ routes. Choose based on what you need: whether the target service requires a particular region, whether your account should keep using a familiar exit region, and how well your current network connects. A nearby region can be a good starting point, but distance isn’t the only factor; relay paths and the connection to the destination website also matter. Test your choice in the app and note a backup route that works well. If a service shows an error, read the message first rather than assuming every issue is network-related.
Why are downloads or videos still slow when latency looks low?
Latency mainly measures the round-trip wait for a request; it doesn’t directly show how well a connection handles sustained transfers. Downloads and video playback are also affected by local bandwidth, wireless signal, route congestion, content servers and app caching. Compare routes using the same content, and pause other transfers so test conditions stay consistent. Don’t keep changing every setting just to chase a speed-test result. If websites load but a particular video keeps buffering, check the service and content source first, then compare actual playback on other routes.
An AI tool or streaming service says my region isn’t supported. Will switching routes fix it?
A region error may relate to your exit region, account region, service availability or the platform’s risk controls. Switching routes isn’t guaranteed to fix it. Check the service’s regional requirements and your account status, then choose an exit region that follows its rules. After switching, reopen the app and test the feature itself—not just whether the home page loads. For sign-ins and long-running requests, stick with a familiar route that you’ve already tested and avoid frequent region changes. Streaming catalogs and AI tool availability are determined by each platform; check the actual result after connecting.
BILLING & REFUNDS
Billing & Refunds
How are monthly subscriptions and data packs billed?
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs are used until depleted and never expire. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans based on your data needs; for occasional use, consider a data pack. Check the plan details and order in the panel before choosing. A monthly data reset does not add data to a data pack.
When does data reset, and what happens to unused data?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. Check Account Overview in the user panel for your activation status, available data and reset schedule. Data packs are consumed as you use them, never expire and don’t follow the monthly subscription reset schedule. If the data shown in the panel doesn’t match what you expected, first check whether you bought a monthly subscription or a data pack, then see whether another device is using the account. If you still have questions, submit redacted screenshots of the order and data pages.
What payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan isn’t activated after payment?
VPNGK supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan, amount and instructions on the payment page. After payment, return to the panel to check your order and subscription status. If your payment service shows the payment as complete but your plan isn’t active in the panel, make sure you’re viewing the right account and order before trying to pay again. Submit a support ticket with the order details, payment result and a description of the issue. Hide sensitive account information in screenshots. The panel’s records show whether a plan is active; a closed payment page alone doesn’t confirm activation.
What happens if I run low on data? How is an upgrade calculated?
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Before proceeding, open the plans section in the panel, check your current and target plans, and review the order details shown on the page. Don’t calculate the new validity period by simply subtracting plan prices, and don’t assume an upgrade will preserve every old configuration or change the data reset schedule. If the panel shows something unexpected, stop and submit a support ticket. Compare plan prices and data allowances on the plans page; the panel records the final change.
How do I request a refund within 7 days?
VPNGK offers refunds within 7 days, no reason required. Read the refund policy and Terms of Service before submitting a request. Then sign in to the account used for payment and submit a refund request through the user panel’s support tickets, specifying the order and that you’re requesting a refund. If you’re also having connection issues, you can include those details, but don’t share your full password or subscription link. Follow up in the same ticket. The policy page explains which requests are eligible and the applicable rules; don’t infer additional refund terms from plan buttons.
