BILLING LENS

Monthly Plans and Non-Expiring Data Packs

Monthly plans provide a data allowance each month and suit regular access to international websites. Data packs are used as you go and suit specific tasks that don’t follow a fixed schedule. The difference is how data is allocated—not the number of devices or coverage. The options below are the monthly plans and non-expiring data packs currently available; no other billing periods or discounts are offered.

Monthly plans: data resets each month on your activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days.

Light usage

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

60GB per month

Suited to web browsing, research and accessing AI tools in a browser. Start with a smaller allowance and check your account usage to get a clearer picture of your everyday needs.

Everyday usage

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

250GB per month

A good fit for everyday use combining work file transfers, AI tools and video streaming. This tier offers a larger data allowance than the light-use plan, but background transfers still count toward usage.

Higher usage

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

500GB per month

Suited to frequent video streaming and file transfers, including switching between devices. The larger data allowance accommodates more transfer tasks; it does not increase the speed of any individual route.

Monthly plans: check your reset date, then consider your everyday tasks

Monthly plans suit people who use the service regularly. When choosing 60GB, 250GB or 500GB, consider web browsing separately from large transfers: text searches and regular browsing use data differently from continuous video streaming and file downloads. What you do matters more to data use than how many devices you have. Check your remaining account data in the user panel, then decide whether to change tiers.

The 60GB tier helps keep usage in check and suits people who mostly work with text and smaller files. If you often stream video or download large files, check your balance more frequently. The 250GB tier suits a mix of everyday tasks, but remember that automatic syncing and system updates use data too. The 500GB tier offers a larger monthly allowance, but it is not unlimited; background tasks and transfers across multiple devices still count toward your account usage.

Data resets monthly on your activation date; the start of the calendar month is not a shared reset date for all accounts. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the cost and remaining days on the confirmation page in the user panel. Don’t estimate the upgrade charge using the prices shown on this page. Before renewing, upgrading or changing how you use the service, check your current account status.

TRAFFIC RESERVE

Data packs: use until depleted

Data packs are not time-based and never expire. They suit users whose schedules vary but who want to retain access to international routes: connect and use data when you have a task, then leave the remaining balance for later. “Never expires” refers to the pack’s validity; it does not mean the data is topped up monthly or unlimited.

A 300GB data pack may suit occasional tasks, a 1000GB pack may suit projects completed in stages, and a 3000GB pack may suit plans with a clearly defined need for a larger total allowance. These are selection guidelines, not guarantees of how long you can stream, how many requests you can make or how many files you can transfer. Actual usage depends on file sizes, app behavior and background tasks.

If you already have a monthly plan and are considering switching to or choosing a data pack, first check your current plan and order details in the user panel. Don’t assume the two types of data will automatically combine, offset each other or stack. For a data pack, check the total allowance, price and validity rules. For a monthly plan, check the billing cycle and reset schedule.

SHARED ACCESS

Included with every plan

When comparing plans, set their shared features aside and focus on the data allowance and billing type. Different tiers do not mean different speed levels, and they don’t guarantee access to any particular platform or region.

Simultaneous devices

Use an unlimited number of devices online at the same time. Connect the computers and mobile devices you use day to day. The device limit does not depend on your plan tier, but transfers from all devices still count toward your account data. If usage rises quickly, check video streaming, cloud sync and automatic downloads first.

International route coverage

110+ countries / 160+ routes. When choosing a route, first identify the region required by your target service, then check the route type. Coverage does not mean every route suits every task. After switching, check how the page, request or stream performs. See the routes page for route selection guidance.

Platforms and connection security

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and uses military-grade encryption. Get the client and subscription from the user panel after signing in. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, in addition to using an encrypted connection—especially avoid sharing subscription links in public screenshots or chat logs.

Use cases and help

For route guidance for AI tools and streaming, see the AI Tools page and the Streaming page. Account access, regional rules and content licensing are determined by each service; access in specific regions is not guaranteed. For connection or order issues, visit the Support page or sign in to the panel to submit a ticket.

PAYMENT CHECK

Payment methods and order checks

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Payment and service delivery are handled in the user panel. This page is for price comparisons only; it does not collect payment details or provide standalone installers or subscription URLs.

Confirm your plan, then continue to payment

Select a plan card to open the user panel, sign in, and check the plan name, data allowance, billing type and amount due. Review the monthly terms for monthly plans and the total allowance for data packs. Once you’ve confirmed that the plan meets your needs, pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT as instructed on the payment page. Use the details on your current order; don’t rely on old screenshots to make a payment.

After payment, check your order and plan status

When you return to the user panel, check your order status first, then review your plan and data details. If the payment provider shows the payment as complete but your account hasn’t updated, keep your order record and check the original order. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t changed yet. If you need help, submit a ticket with the order ID, payment method and a description of the issue. Hide unrelated personal information in payment screenshots.

Once the order is confirmed, open the client downloads section to get the client for your device and import your subscription. You must sign in to access subscription details; prices shown on this page do not indicate your account status. On your first connection, check a frequently used destination page, then test your other devices. For detailed instructions, see the guides and user manual.

REFUND DESK

7-day refund policy

Every plan comes with a 7-day refund policy. After choosing a plan, check the connection using your devices, frequently used regions and target services—not just the plan allowance. Read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for refund rules. This page makes no additional promises about processing times, extra refunds or payment channels.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and your request. If your account has multiple orders, specify which one you want reviewed. This helps the team locate it instead of receiving a vague request such as “refund my plan.” Order records help verify payment and plan status. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Information needed for a refund request

  • The relevant order ID and plan name.
  • The payment method used and the current order status.
  • A clear refund request; if you’re also experiencing connection issues, include your device platform and a description of the issue.

Check for replies in your ticket and provide any additional information requested. Don’t publicly share ticket screenshots or payment records.

BILLING QUESTIONS

Billing and refund FAQs

When does monthly plan data reset?

Data resets monthly on your activation date. Check your data allowance and billing cycle in the user panel; resets are not synchronized to the start of the calendar month.

Do data packs expire or reset monthly?

Data packs last until used up and never expire. They are not time-based and do not reset monthly. Usage draws from the pack balance; no expiration does not mean unlimited data.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Check the cost and remaining days on the upgrade confirmation page in the user panel before confirming the order.

How do I get the client and subscription after payment?

Sign in to the user panel and check your order and plan status, then go to the client downloads section to get the client and subscription. If your status has not updated after returning from the payment page, check the original order first and do not pay again.

Which payment methods are accepted, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. A 7-day refund policy is available. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details and your request. See the refund policy for full terms.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

No. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices that can be online at the same time. Monthly plans and data packs each have a data allowance. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your total account data and background transfers on each device.
