REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to subscription orders paid through the VPNGK user panel. Before requesting a refund, check the first payment date, order status, and payment method. Refund requests and any follow-up information are handled through tickets in the user panel.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The refund window is measured from the time the account’s first payment succeeds. It does not restart based on the date you download a client, import a subscription, or make your first connection. Submit a ticket within the window and keep a record of your request. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied.

For monthly subscriptions and data packages, provide the relevant payment record so we can identify the order. Renewals, additional data packages, and mid-term upgrades do not reopen the first-payment refund window. Requests made after the window are not covered by this commitment. You can still submit a ticket for transaction issues, such as duplicate charges or a successful payment that has not updated the order.

Usage Records and Order Issues

Making a normal connection, testing a route, importing a subscription, or using plan data does not, by itself, cancel eligibility for a full refund for any reason within the window. VPNGK does not set a used-data ratio or numerical threshold for excessive use in this policy, and will not rely on unpublished limits to refuse a refund.

For accounts involving a policy violation, unusual data use, a payment dispute, or suspected misuse of payment records, we need to check the order owner and related records. An account status issue does not automatically remove refund eligibility. If it affects processing, explain the relevant facts and supporting information in your ticket. Orders that were not paid successfully, have already been refunded, or cannot be confirmed as belonging to the requesting account cannot be refunded again.

Please describe refund requests and transaction corrections separately. If you have disputed the same payment with the payment provider, let us know the current status in your ticket to avoid duplicate refunds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, find the order in your order history, and check its payment status, payment date, and amount.
  2. Go to the ticket page, clearly request a refund, and include the order ID, plan name, payment method, and proof of payment.
  3. If the order record does not match your payment proof, provide the transaction ID and relevant screenshots. After receiving a response, continue the discussion in the original ticket.

Your username helps us locate the account, and proof of payment helps us verify the transaction. Do not provide your account password or subscription link, and never submit sensitive information such as wallet private keys or recovery phrases. You may hide personal details unrelated to the order in screenshots, but leave in the transaction information needed to verify the payment. No explanation of your usage experience is needed for a refund requested within the window.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are generally returned through the original payment channel. Check the refund record in the original payment account rather than relying only on the VPNGK order status. If the provider cannot process the refund through the original channel, explain why in a ticket and confirm an available method first. Do not assume the refund will be moved to an account balance or another payment method.

USDT refunds are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay. We need to check the original transaction and confirm the receiving address and network. Provide the requested information in your ticket. You are responsible for confirming the address and network; do not assume that the sending address can receive a refund. If network fees, valuation, or other handling differences apply, these must be explained and confirmed first. No unpublished deduction rules are assumed.

Refund Progress and Outcomes

Submitting a request, checking an order, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment provider and network confirmations; this policy does not promise a fixed processing time. After a refund is initiated, keep the response and refund confirmation. If the funds have not arrived, ask us to check the provider’s status in the original ticket.

Once a refund is complete, the subscription or data benefits associated with that order end, and the service covered by the refunded payment can no longer be used. Check other orders against their own records; a refund request on one account does not combine their calculations. If you disagree with the outcome, add order evidence to the original ticket and request a review. See the Terms of Service for service terms and the Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.
